With the load-barring walls I've had, he was able to replace it with a big beam while simultaneously remodelling my kitchen as well . California Bay Builders were outstanding professionals, our project was a full custom built 850 sq. ft. accessory dwelling unit with functional kitchen and bathroom spaces.
